oplog and cache stats (#244)
* basic oplog stats
* add GetValueStats to cache store
* RwLock::ExclusiveLockScope -> RwLock::SharedLockScope
* add rawhash and attachment count to CacheValueStats
* added cache-stats and project-stats commands
* add cast to make Mac overload detection happy
