Add multithreading directory scanning in core/filesystem (#277)
add DirectoryContent::IncludeFileSizes
add DirectoryContent::IncludeAttributes
add multithreaded GetDirectoryContent
use multithreaded GetDirectoryContent in workspace folder scanning
