Prepare nakedvnc for hub.docker.com. Add `ENV BOOT_ARGS=` to supply additon boot arguments, for example, `vmx,rdtscp`. Add `ENV CPU=Penryn` to allow changes to the CPU emulation, for example, `Skylake-Client`
