Pull request description:
Salvaging #15104 which adds unit tests for CompressScript function in `compressor.cpp`
Tested following cases for the CScript:
- CKeyID
- CScriptID
- Uncompressed CPubKey (of size: 65)
- Compressed CPubKey (of size: 32)
