This has to be accounted for when performing upstream GETs. * HandleGetCacheRecord: avoid crashing on invalid type, and avoid sending back data that doesn't match the AcceptType.

When fetching Values from Jupiter, this new composed CbObject is still interpreted correctly by Zen.
