Fix flaky DroppedMessageDetection test by removing timing dependencysb/sessionize
The test was racing between the IO thread connecting and the main thread
flooding the queue — on fast machines (e.g. macOS CI) no messages were
actually dropped. Replace with a deterministic approach that sends raw
CbObjects with an explicit sequence gap directly over TCP.
