rpmalloc fixes (#499)
* fixed rpmalloc build on Linux and Mac
* updated rpmalloc from develop branch on the advice of mjansson
* enabled rpmalloc on all platforms
note that this does not change any behaviour unless `--malloc=rpmalloc` is passed in on the command line. The default is still `mimalloc`.
