Improve compute dashboard hash column displaysb/compute-auth
- Truncate worker/action ID hashes to prefix...suffix in Recent Actions
table, with full value on hover tooltip
- Use monospace font on worker ID column in Workers table
- Fix workers table jitter by deferring clear until new data arrives
