Push checklist

1. Navigate to Github in web browser.
2. Verify I am logged in. Log in if necessary.
3. Naviaget to Visual Studio window.
4. Select "Git changes" tab on the right side of the screen.
5. Enter in changes in the "Enter a message <Required>" field. This should be a summary of the changes made since the last commit.
6. Press the "Commit All" button.
7. Press the "Push" button to upload changes to Github.
